It was bright, amazingly comfortable and with huge comfy beds. Central heating, an electronic key card, and a TV set were standard, but I enjoyed that. The hotel was in a very central location to Abando train station.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Bilbao. Overall it was newly decorated with huge comfy beds. The location was very central, near bridge and river and Casco Viejo.

Booked it for 3 days and had a pleasant experience. I had the superior queen room which was modest and huge with refrigerator. Overall the service was VERY GOOD. The perfect location was close to Moyua.

The total stay was wonderful in this great value for money hostel in central location. Bright and attractive units with comfortable beds, balcony and heating, and the stuff where knowledgeable. The location was handy - 300 metres away from El Corte Ingles. There was plenty of restaurants and bars.

Everything here was ideal, location and staff were impressive. I stayed in the room that was cleaned every day and available with a nice decor and private bathroom and very comfy bed too. They made my stay good. Lots of food at breakfast, I loved coffee, fruit, omelet, bread and meats. Reception had fireplace.
